Rental Prices

The current rental price is £380 per week, exceptional value for such a quality apartment and location. This amount includes up to £30 (euro) per week towards the Air Conditioning. Any additional usage will be charged seperately.

Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £120 (euro) secures your booking.

A refundable deposit of £250 is required for protection against loss of keys, damage or breakages and excessive cleaning.

There is a cleaning charge of €70 that should be paid locally at the end of your stay.

Booking and payment can be made by bank transfer for the rental and cheque for the refundable deposit. The apartment is managed by a local professional agency who will meet and greet and be available during your stay should you require any other help.
